This Power Skating Clinic will provide instruction and coaching to improve a
player’s stride and become a more efficient, powerful, and fluid skater. This
clinic focuses on the fundamentals of skating including the skating stride, edge
work, crossovers, tight turns and stops/starts. Instructors slow down the pace to
focus on proper technique and mechanics, then transition to a faster speed
while trying to maintain the proper mechanics of a stride. Players learn the
components of efficient skating skills and focus on proper skating technique.
The cost of this clinic is $200.
