    Monday Session (1B) 1 pm - 3 pm: FASTER WEB for Technician Work Station and Maintenance set up to use FASTER tools for Technician Work Station: This training is designed to review all the tools that would assist getting more out of your maintenance schedules. This will cover setting up “Parts Lists” and “Task Lists” and how to attach them and utilize the lists in TWS. This class is set up for the Manager, Supervisor, Parts, and Technicians.

    Monday Session (2B) 1 pm - 3 pm: FASTER WIN to WEB: If you are thinking of upgrading from FASTER WIN to FASTER WEB this session will cover the Value of FASTER WEB from both your IT Dept and your Fleet Dept perspective. What are the advantages of Hosting FASTER WEB. The benefits and ROI from an operations perspective on moving from WIN to WEB. Also what the migration pathway looks like. This class is set up for IT Managers, Fleet Managers, Fleet Analyst, and any Fleet Professional.

    The FleetPros Leadership Academy is a high quality, college-level, proven program that meets the emerging needs of managers and leaders. The four-class certification program covers the most important elements of success including communications, critical thinking, teamwork (micro and macro persective) management and leadership. It has been designed for busy working professionals who do not have to invest a considerable time commitment in order to complete. Four classes also provide enough time to make significant and sustainable impact between classes.

    The format for delivery of this program is simple: the first class commences with this session at FleetCon 2020. Classes two and three are delivered online in November and March. The fourth class will be held at FleetCon 2021.

    Jim Davidson is a resilience expert, an expedition leader, and a New York Times best-selling author. From his 36 years of adventure and survival, Jim distills compelling stories and uplifting lessons about how to overcome change, challenge and uncertainty through resilience.

    He shares motivating keynotes and workshops on personal resilience, resilient teamwork and resilient leadership. Jim has scaled high peaks from Argentina to Nepal, from Bolivia to Tibet. The US National Park Service has commended Jim twice for volunteering for successful high-altitude rescues in Colorado and Alaska.

    While first attempting to ascend Mt. Everest in 2015, Jim and his partners survived massive earthquakes and avalanches. He shared his incredible experiences and insights with CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, Smithsonian Channel, PBS and more. Jim returned to Everest in 2017 and summited safely.

    For 20 years. Jim worked as a hydrogeologist (B.S. & M.S. degrees) and ran his own environmental consulting firm. Earlier he worked as an industrial painter on high-voltage electrical towers carrying 230,000 volts.

    Jim co-authored the New York Times best-selling survival memoir, "The Ledge: An Inspirational Story of Friendship and Survival". The Ledge won the National Outdoor Book Award for Outdoor Literature and was picked one of the Best Books of the Year by Amazon. His epic survival story was featured in an international TV episode of "I Shouldn't Be Alive" on the Discovery Channel.

One of the many resources that we provide is information through industry seminars, workshops, conferences, and other special events. As experts in every facet of fleet management, our team of consultants is frequently invited to discuss emerging issues, complex topics, and new solutions.

    Paul Lauria is a co-founder of Mercury Associates and is the firm’s President. His areas of expertise include alternative financing approaches, fleet management best practices, cost charge-back methodologies, and fleet rightsizing. Over his 30-year consulting career, Mr. Lauria has worked with a wide array of organizations in the public and private sectors touching on virtually every facet of fleet management and operation. He has conducted presentations and workshops on fleet management best practices for almost 50 organizations in 19 countries around the world; directed research studies for entities such as the RAND Corporation and the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies; and served as an expert witness in several class-action lawsuits and arbitration cases. He also has authored articles for a large number of transportation and fleet industry journals.

    Prior to co-founding Mercury in 2002, Mr. Lauria held positions as the Vice President and Director of Fleet Management Consulting Services for Maximus, Inc.; Senior Manager in the National Transportation Consulting Group of Ernst & Young; and a transportation analyst with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and Durham (NC) Transit. Mr. Lauria earned his MRP in Transportation, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC.

He is a frequent speaker for companies, schools, sports teams, and non-profits like the NCAA, National Security Agency (NSA), YMCA, Salvation Army, State Farm, Baltimore Ravens, and many others. He is a featured columnist for Sports Spectrum Magazine and has been interviewed by CBS News, Fox NY and Fast Company. His experience as an operator, entrepreneur, and consultant helps him create high-performing, positive teams.

    Jimmy is also the Co-Founder of Believe Big, Inc. He and his wife Ivelisse started this innovative cancer foundation following her victory over cancer, bringing together the conventional and integrative medical communities. As a lifelong athlete, Jimmy still cycles and competes in Spartan races. Jimmy and Ivelisse live in Fort Collins, Colorado and have four grown kids - Jimmy, Jacob, John, and Grace.
