ClearThunder Event Registration System is a full functioning event registration system used to register for events. In such, delivery of the product (the event registration) is considered delivered when the registration payment is processed. Any additional delivery of products or services, including event participation are the responsibility of the event coordinator.

Due to the nature of event registration, refunds will be handled and processed in accordance with the policies of each event. Please check with the specific event for which you are registering, prior to submitting your registration, for more information on the timeline and policy for receiving a refund.

In the event that an event is cancelled, all refunds for the event will be processed by the event coordinator.

ClearThunder Event Registration System requires that the event refund policy is stated on each event registration site.
