Date & Location: June 7 & 8, 2019 – at Kino Pool, 848 N. Horne Rd. Mesa, 85203.
 
Entry Fee: $25 per athlete.
 
Online entry deadline:  By midnight, Wednesday, May 29, 2019.  After that date, late entries will be accepted in the State Games office before Saturday, June 1, 2019.  Late entries are accepted only with Commissioner's approval and based on space availability--include a $25 late fee. 
 
Divisions: Compulsory Figures, Solos, Duets, Trio, Team and Combo competitions.
 
USSS Division/Recreational Division - 
Solo, Trio, Duet & Combo - Friday, June 7th - 5 pm Warm-up, 6 pm - Competition
Figures & Team Competition- Sat. June 8th - 5 pm Warm-up, 6 pm - Competition

 Note:  Each club may only submit a total of 5 solos.
