Join the 2017 Des Moines Corporate Games (DMCG)!  

Use this site to register your company for the DMCG.   DMCG is open to any company, municipality, or government agency or department in the Des Moines metro area. 

Participation is for full or part-time employees, interns and retirees.  Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Only the company's DMCG administrator should complete this form.

You will need the following to complete your registration:
Company Information (address & number of employees)
Company DMCG administrator information

Your company will receive an emailed invoice for payment of the DMCG.
